Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of the item, returns and exchanges will be accepted for defective merchandise only. If you believe an item is defective, please contact us via email at SpringPathEssentials@gmail.com, or via telephone at 781-771-1143 with details of the product and the defect. If it is determined that the item is defective, a replacement or credit will be issued 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
